1. Acceptance of Terms

To create a bcd33 account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, email address, and residential address. You may only register one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Never share your login information with third parties. You must notify bcd33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bcd33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to maintain reasonable security measures.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using bcd33:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online betting is illegal
• Employees, contractors, or family members of bcd33 or its affiliated companies
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from bcd33 or any other gambling platform
• Persons acting on behalf of others or using false or stolen identities
• Anyone who has been convicted of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bcd33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits as outlined in your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from payment methods belonging to another person will be reversed and your account may be closed. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. bcd33 does not charge deposit processing fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are processed within four to six hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 12 to 24 hours during business days (excluding weekends and Bangladesh public holidays). Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below ৳2,000 may incur a processing fee of ৳50.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting government-issued identification and proof of address. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your name. You cannot withdraw funds to a different payment method than you used for deposit without prior approval from bcd33 support.

bcd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 or where suspicious activity is detected. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours. We may request additional documentation including source of funds verification for large withdrawals.

3.3 Bonus and Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bcd33 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bets before confirming. bcd33 is not responsible for user errors such as incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or duplicate bets. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical errors as determined by bcd33 management.

Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all markets and are displayed in your account dashboard. These limits vary by sport, game type, and account status. bcd33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly from players exhibiting patterns of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.

4.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

All cricket bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant cricket authority (ICC, BPL, IPL, etc.). In the event of match abandonment, cancellation, or significant rule changes, settlement rules follow standard industry practices. Dead heat rules apply where multiple outcomes tie. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-game events or technical issues.

4.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot machines on bcd33 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. 6. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All content on the bcd33 Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks are the property of bcd33 or our licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of bcd33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content including slot machines, live casino streams, and cricket betting markets are provided by third-party gaming providers under license to bcd33. These providers retain all intellectual property rights to their respective content. Players acknowledge that game content is provided "as is" and bcd33 makes no warranties regarding game availability or uninterrupted service.

7. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bcd33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. After this period, dormant account balances may be forfeited according to Bangladesh banking regulations. bcd33 does not charge account closure fees.

bcd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or abusive behavior toward staff or other players. Upon account closure by bcd33, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to us, pending investigation outcomes.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 deducted from the account balance. You will receive email notification before such fees are applied. To avoid maintenance fees, simply login and place a bet or make a withdrawal within the 12-month period.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

bcd33 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, bcd33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies even if bcd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bcd33 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control including internet outages, server failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or force majeure events. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, bcd33's sole liability is limited to refunding affected stakes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving Bangladesh customers. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of bcd33 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and bcd33 management.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties . Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
